FONDACHELLO-APARTMENTS.COM REGULATIONS

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

a) This regulation aims to create harmony between the tenant and the manager of the holiday home. We all care that our house is treated well with respect and everyone is pleased to find a cozy, comfortable and clean house, equipped with all the functional services, which meets your expectations. We thank you for having chosen one of our beautiful and comfortable apartments. Enjoy your stay and Happy Holidays.

b) This Regulation must be read carefully by accepting the content in its entirety and respecting it during your stay at our vacation rental apartments. For all that is not explicitly mentioned, reference is made to the regulations in force, to the good taste and common sense of each in the interests of all.

c) Guests are required to notify the manager of the holiday home of any discussion or complaint from neighbors as soon as possible.

d) The apartments are not rented to persons who carry out illegal activities, nor are they allowed at any time.

e) Weapons, explosive or easily flammable substances and substances with strong or unpleasant odors are not allowed to enter the apartments.

f) The house manager has no right to enter the rented apartments in the absence of the client except for the common areas (entrance hall, laundry room). He will only be able to enter the apartments in special circumstances where he must enter to avoid the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The manager of the house has the duty to inform the customers of his entry into the apartment. In the case of a reasonable doubt of the manager of the structure, that the apartment has suffered damages, customers must allow entry into the apartment to check the condition or damage.

2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

a) These holiday homes are suitable for children. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at any time, as well as for any behavior that may disturb other residents of the Neighborhood.

b) Guests and Visitors must reduce noise to a minimum in order not to disturb occupants of neighboring properties when going up and down stairs and while staying in the apartment, especially at night (11.00 pm - 08.00 am).

c) Excessive noise is prohibited at any time and may result in the termination of the rental contract, the eviction, the loss of the sum paid for the rent and any deposit.

d) Guests and Visitors must avoid any kind of disrespectful behavior and minimize their immediate impact on local residents.

3. VISITORS

a) Guests are allowed to receive Visitors within the limits imposed by common sense and on condition that they also comply with this regulation.

b) Visitors' overnight stays must be approved in advance by the house manager and are subject to additional costs.

4. USE OF THE PROPERTY

a) Parties and large meetings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the holiday homes.

5. PARKING

a) There is no parking in the property

6. WASTE AND RECYCLING

a) Guests and their Visitors must / will be responsible for Waste and Recycle in accordance with the regulation of the municipality of Mascali that you will find posted inside the apartment. The waste must be left on the street next to the building at the times indicated.

b) It is forbidden to throw garbage in the toilet, in the sinks and in other places that are not provided for this, such as the courtyard, stairs, the entrance to the apartments.

7. SAFETY

a) Whenever Guests leave the Holiday Home, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed / locked, in order to guarantee the safety of the property and prevent damage caused by wind or rainwater.

b) Guests must turn off the lights, electronic equipment (air conditioning, fans, television, etc.) and check the water and gas taps for closing before leaving the apartments.

c) Guests have a duty to look after their belongings and valuables left in the home. The manager of the house is not responsible for the possible disappearance of these objects.

8. BALCONY

a) Guests must supervise infants and children at all times when using the balcony.

9. SMOKING

a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Holiday Homes.

b) It is possible to smoke on the balcony using the ashtray provided.

10. PETS

a) Pets are not allowed in the Holiday Homes.

11. DAMAGE AND BREAKDOWN

a) Guests are required to use the property and the objects it contains, with the rule of common sense, however accidental incidents may occur, therefore we invite you to promptly notify the house manager of any damage or malfunctions. In case of loss, damage in which the fraudulent intent or improper use of equipment, appliances, electronic equipment, furnishings is proven, the guest will be required to pay compensation equal to the value of the object lost or damage caused.

b) To avoid damage and breakage, it is advisable not to move furniture from one room to another without prior permission.

c)It is forbidden to take towels away from the houses (for example to use them on the beach).

12. CHECK-1 & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

a) Check-in must be carried out after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival - During the completion, keys will be delivered and the identity document will be requested of all Guests for the communication of data to the State Police (as required by Italian law).

b)Check-out must be done by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

c) The respect of the check-in and check-out times will guarantee an adequate cleaning of the apartments. The time of arrival can be anticipated and the time of postponed departure, only in exceptional conditions for Your comfort, in agreement with the owner and only in case of availability of the apartments.

d) Before your departure, in order to facilitate the arrival of the next guests, we kindly invite you to: - Empty and throw away the waste - leave the dishes clean - turn off the lights and the air conditioning - close doors, shutters and windows - leave towels dirty on the bathroom floor - hand over the keys to the house manager

e) The rented properties are delivered to customers in perfect order and cleanliness. Upon return by the Customer, all faults will be counted and debited at the end of the stay. Outgoing customers will have to arrange to leave the property in order before their departure. If you want a mid-week cleaning you can request it and it costs € 50.00.

f) On arrival, guests will find towels and sheets. There are no linen changes, unless requested and paid for separately by you. Changes are subject to a charge of € 10.00 per person.

g) We are not liable for any inefficiencies due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water and internet that do not depend on our will.

e) For any complaint you can contact the owner of the facility who will promptly work to resolve any problem. Any claims for facts or events, such as to cause significant damage or in any case such as to induce you to claim compensation for the damage suffered, must be communicated before departure, allowing us time to resolve any problem.

14. COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATION

a) Failure to comply with any rule supposes the violation of the Terms and Conditions of the stay as provided for in the Rental Contract.

b) The owner and the Administrator reserve the right to revoke the possibility of guests staying if they do not comply with the rules of this house or disturb neighbors and other residents of the community.
