L' edificio molto luminoso ha un' ottima esposizione a sud con vista mare e Vulcano Etna. Si trova sul lungomare di Fondachello a circa 40 metri dalla spiaggia. L'appartamento e' ubicato al terzo piano. (Non ci sono ascensori). Accedendo tramite porta blindata si entra in una sala comune e da questa infine all'appartamento. C'e' la possibilita' di affitare anche l'appartamento attiguo (stesse caratteristiche) con 4 posti letti (vedi Fondachello Beach House1). La struttura e' stata ristrutturata nel 2019 ed e' stata fornita di nuovo mobilio. La cucina e' fornita di tutti gli utensili ed elettrodomestici necessari inclusa una macchina del caffe' Lavazza "A Modo Mio". L'appartamento e' fornito di aria condizionata (pompa di calore) nella camera da letto, un ventilatore a soffitto nella cucina soggiorno e include una nuova lavatrice nel locale bagno.
